Exclusive 'Welcome to the Rileys' Clip and Stills

Check out MSN Movies' exclusive clip from 'Welcome to the Rileys,' the Samuel Goldwyn film starring James Gandolfini, Academy Award nominee Melissa Leo, and Kristen Stewart.

The clip gives us a peek into the life and home of Doug (Gandolfini) and Lois (Leo), a long-married couple who grow painfully apart after their young daughter's death. On a business trip to New Orleans, Doug meets a teenage stripper (Stewart) and the two form a platonic bond. For Lois and Doug, what seems to be the final straw for their relationship turns out to be the inspiration they need to renew their marriage.

We've also got these two exclusive stills of Stewart from 'Rileys,' definitely looking the part of a young woman whose life is in a sad, sorry state.

The film has some movie-making muscle with its executive producers: Ridley Scott -- 'Gladiator' (2000) and 'Body of Lies' (2008); and Tony Scott -- 'In Her Shoes' (2005) and 'The Taking of Pelham 1 2 3' (2009).

This R-rated drama opens in theaters October 29. Will you be there? For Twi-fans, this is a solid opportunity to see Stewart flex her acting muscles. Share your thoughts in the Comments!

Kristen Stewart is Baffled by Motherhood

In a recent interview with the Los Angeles Times, Kristen Stewart mentioned that despite her upcoming role as new mother Bella Swan in ‘Breaking Dawn’, she doesn’t yet know what to think about motherhood:

"My best friend just had a baby. She's my age. So I'm a godmom now, which is ... crazy," said the 20-year-old during an interview to promote her upcoming film "Welcome to the Rileys."
Asked if the experience was helping her tap into her own maternal instincts, she replied: "It's actually making me realize more that I have absolutely no idea. Like, I see that going on, and I'm like, 'Oh, my God.' "

Ironically, Kristen has been dieting in preparation for the upcoming shoot in which she will play a very pregnant Bella. What does she miss the most? Juicy cheeseburgers.

“I want a cheeseburger so badly, but, you know, I have to be a vampire in a few weeks,” she said over lunch at a restaurant in Topanga, where she settled for a veggie burger.

Trading in her thin frame for a pregnancy suit will not be easy, said Stewart who has spent the last several weeks testing out prosthetic bellies.

“I’m incredibly pregnant in the first movie … I’ve worn it. It’s ... crazy. I’ve done fittings. It gets immense. It gets so massive at some point that it actually looks inhuman. Like it’s hurting her. There are striations of bruises.”

What do you think? Will Bella make a good mom? Discuss!

Kellan Lutz Interview In YRB Magazine

Kellan Lutz is featured in the recent issue of YRB magazine, and his interview gives us some background on how he fell into modeling and acting, as well as the scoop on his upcoming projects. We also find out that he was under consideration to play Edward Cullen.

Some excerpts:

After moving to Los Angeles to go to college at Chapman University he found himself with a major coveted modeling gig as the Abercrombie & Fitch catalogue cover boy. It was soon after that the burgeoning star had one of those moments when all it took was for someone to say something inspiring to get the next phase of his career in motion.

“I didn’t know you could just act like I did with modeling,” Lutz admits. “Someone at the local Ralph’s, the checkout lady Maria – I remember her name – asked me if I was an actor and I’m like, ‘No.’ She was like, ‘Why not,’ and I’m like, ‘Uh, I don’t know’ So my eyes, for the second time, opened even wider to the world of the industry. And I just fell into it, fell in love with it, found a passion and really just grasped it. It’s the coolest hobby in my life right now
.”
Although he can be seen pre-Twilight in the films Accepted, Deep Winter and Prom Night and TV shows The Comeback and Generation Kill, 2010 really became the young actor’s year when his vampire character became more prominent in the third installment of the Twilight series, Eclipse, nabbing additional roles in the remake of A Nightmare on Elm Street and the upcoming police drama Meskada. And the notoriety will only continue to grow into next year as he pops up on the silver screen in lead roles in Love, Wedding, Marriage (opposite Mandy Moore), The Killing Game (co-starring Samuel L. Jackson) and Immortals (with Mickey Rourke and Freida Pinto), as well as returns in the fourth chapter of Twilight, Breaking Dawn Part 1
.

Even though there’s no hesitation when he declares that Emmett Cullen is the closest character he’s played to the real life Kellan Lutz, the actor admits that his most noted role to date almost didn’t happen. Back when he was filming HBO’s Generation Kill in Africa, Lutz had the Twilight script thrown his way for consideration of the lead, Edward Cullen. Not feeling he was in the right mindset at the time to play another depressing role so soon, and being unfamiliar with the book series that preceded the films, there was no problem turning down the auditions. But a persistent agent and a quick look into Emmett’s personality and Lutz felt the connection

The President of the Rio Film Commission confirmed that 'Breaking Dawn' will be filmed in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil:

Dawn will be shot in Rio in November. With full support of the Rio Film Commission. For security reasons I can not say when and where.

The Mayor and Governor Eduardo Paes Cabral directly engaged to enable the filming of Dawn in the River Plate Gol!

An estimated investment of U.S. $2 million into the economy of Rio seems all right to come and Dawn team is filmed here.

Can not say anything else. I count on your understanding. I think Rio is consolidating as a destination for international productions!

All security measures will be taken to ensure a smooth shoot. The City Council and Gov. of the State will provide needed support.

Let's all raise our Caipirinhas to this news!
